In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, we will happily accept it back within seven working days of the date of receipt. Please notify us as soon as you can if you want to return any article.
The item must be received by us in the same condition as shipped including the mini tote-bag and labels. You are responsible for the postage costs to return the goods.
Refunds are processed as quickly as possible via Paypal. The refund will be for the purchase cost minus the cost to us of the original shipping. We cannot pay refunds to third parties, therefore if the item has been sent direct to someone else as a gift and they wish to return it, then you will receive the refund. A note to this effect will be included with the gift. Please note we are not responsible for returned packages until they have actually been received.
Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
